El Álbum de Paquetes

Glory in football is reserved for a handful of players with inimitable qualities, always associated with great feats, impossible dribbles, memorable goals, epic comebacks and prestigious titles. But there is a very special lineage of players whose names are installed in the collective imagination for diametrically opposite reasons. Protagonists of dreams that turn into nightmares... and of countless jokes on and off the pitch. 

Not even the best writers could have come up with these stories. Iñaki San Román and Álvaro Velasco, having worked on numerous audiovisual projects, created the podcast Paquetes in 2019. It was their own personal tribute to such characters, presented with great admiration and humour with the help of recognized comic and illustration talents such as Lorenzo Montatore, Pablo Ríos and Antonio Hitos.
