    In the city of Cádiz, its Old Town, we will get to know the neighborhood of La Viña, a very particular space, a microcosm with its own personality within the city. And in it, the family formed by Mariló and Chano, along with their children Carli and Kiko. A family marked by the loss of Raúl, the eldest son, and the explosion of a powder magazine that on 18 August 1947 dyed the night skies of the city red. A misfortune that caused chaos in the streets, with 152 deaths, 5,000 injured and damage to nearly 2,000 homes. 

    But Salitre is also the Cadiz Carnival, oyster stone, La Caleta beach, the east wind and a memory that brings to mind a sky that is stained red ...
