Crom

Fans or not of Conan the Cimmerian, the character created by Robert Ervin Howard a whopping 90 years ago, we've all exclaimed a jocular "By Crom! Readers more seasoned in the adventures of the charismatic northern barbarian know that Crom is the chief god of Cimmeria, a dark god who is useless to invoke and who does nothing good or bad for mortals. Howard mentions Crom in several of his stories, but does not give much information about his origin, which only adds to his mystery.

in 2019, the cartoonist Juanfra MB challenges the scriptwriter Raule to create a daily page in ink as a diversion during the month of October. Raule immediately picks up the gauntlet and proposes to narrate a hypothetical origin of the god Crom, something that no one had dared to do yet. Two years later, with the help of Alejandro Torres with the colour, the book becomes a reality.
