Crepanquine vol. 1 of 2: Appointed by the Gods

A strange disease is silently wreaking havoc in the tiny land of Crepanquine. Nobody knows where it comes from or how to cure it, but the effects of this Curse are feared, as it causes its victims, particulary women, to go insane while turning their index fingers into a magic wand. If the victim is male, the Curse turns them into the loyal minions of the afflicted women.

When Rino’s mother and Xental’s sister fall under the claws of the Curse, they both decide to leave their fears behind. They will soon realise that everything happens for a reason, and that the Curse represents the last twinkles of an old humanity on the verge of change.
