We are delighted to announce that Alba Cardona's wonderful manga La leyenda de Hatutaku will see its German version published by Splitter Verlag in spring 2025. 

La leyenda de Hakutaku (The legend of Hakutaku) is a manga that tells us about a dream, the power of believing in oneself and the strength of friendship. Alba Cardona depicts a world of fantasy, tradition and magic, with sensitive characters. 

Alba Cardona is a comic book artist and illustrator from Barcelona. She studied graphic art at Escola Joso, where she currently teaches manga. She started participating with short stories in collective comics and working as a colourist for international publishers such as Image, Insight Comics or Steinkis. In 2019 she published her first manga as a solo author in a magazine. Later she published Mean Girls: Senior Year (sequel to the movie Mean Girls and published in English by Insight Comics) and La chica invisible (adaptation of the Blue Jeans novel). This is her first manga publication as a solo author. The Spanish volume will be in the market in November 2024 and soon in English and German. We expect more deals coming soon!
